Mandala is a Sanskrit word which means a circle, and metaphorically a universe, environment or community.
For centuries, in many cultures (eg Tibet), the Mandala is used as a tool to facilitate meditation.
Those included in this book are of various styles and levels of difficulty, ranging from easy to complex.
Each mandala is set-up with a blank page behind it, so that if you want to print the whole book and bind it, you can tear out particular pages and not lose the mandala that would have been printed on the back.
